When in a crisis, the successful execution of a plan is critical. AI technology might help, but merging AI with a paper document just doesn’t work!

Anticipate future situations and plan accordingly

The world is very different than when the plan was invented; plans were simple and easily carved into an available cave wall.
Although planning was beneficial, its effectiveness was compromised if the plan wasn’t accessible when needed.

Presenting SitchAware: A groundbreaking innovation from the inventors of Information Security, this technology transforms how we prepare for unexpected events with its Situationally Aware AI.

As leaders, we are ethically accountable for our inactions. Our companies may be legally and financially accountable for our inactions. In some countries, we are PERSONALLY responsible, and penalties are taken from our personal assets.

Your approach to planning is meticulous. You adhere to relevant laws and strive to foresee potential crises. Despite this, when incidents occur, it often seems as if your plans were never in place.

Ensuring that our staff has round-the-clock access to all plans is essential. Relying on them to carry physical copies is impractical, yet mobile phones are ubiquitous. The challenge is that converting these plans into a mobile format like PDF is not viable. Designed for larger screens, big PDFs are not suitable for mobile use, making access during emergencies problematic.

The ideal solution would be a customized mobile app for each plan. Assembling a team of developers to create an app that would handle a specific situation and use your team to mitigate that situation would be expensive. But factoring in all the different types of potential situations would require several of these custom apps, which is not feasible due to high costs and the need for frequent updates with every change in the plan.

Hypothetically, such an app would solve several issues.

  • Managers could customize it to reflect their preferred response strategies for different situations.
  • It would make response plans available when needed, 24/7
  • All responders would be working from the same plan version.
  • Responders could work as a team no matter where they are.
  • It would allow for actual 24/7 coverage.
  • It could incorporate AI to assess situations and provide recommendations.

It would mitigate what we believe is the biggest problem ALL organizations have regarding situation response: the inability to practice and gain experience using the plan before a real incident.

Our solution is named Reflex. It is offered as a SaaS. Reflex is comprised of several components, five of which are Patent Pending. Reflex is years ahead of any other product. Reflex is being used anywhere there is a paper plan that had been created to guide individuals through a response to a situation.
